[Mailman-i18n] new error on the 8859-9 charset

Martin,

ERROR    LOG  OUTPUT

 i  get this error,  wheh  the list is in "tr" 8859-9
the  mail  doesn't  get sent  at all,
if  i  switch  to  eng  no  problem  all  is fine.

bythe  way  ---thanks, the  charset  problem  is  history  on  the messages.

i  'll  install your patch for the  archives.
