[Mailman-i18n] Multipart/alternative in pipermail

I have created a patch to fix the multipart/alternative problem, see

With that patch, text parts of multipart messages are now properly MIME-decoded.
Reprocessing shawn's mailbox with that patch shows that all messages get archived
properly.
