you can  take  a look  at  the  page  and  the  mailing  list  i'm  trying
to  make, at  this  adress,
the home page   i  mean  is  fancy  html . you  can notive the  characters
here. when  you  switch  to  german,  you  will  notice  the  change for
the  good,  on  some  characters.
