I'm getting more and more confused. How did you manage to create those
pages? Did you edit the templates, e.g. by modifying
templates/en/listinfo.html? If not, how did you manage to get the two lines

<meta HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type"CONTENT="text/html; charset=windows-1254">
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-9">

into the page?

If you did edit the template pages: It appears that the templates
contains the text

"ilk  liste  about, buraya liste  bilgileri gelir.?,?,?,?,?,"

literally. If you want to appear other characters there, why not just
modify the template again, and put in the right characters???
