Having thought about it a bit, the RFC definitely reserves those
headers to the authors, but if it's switched ON by the list owner and
documented somewhere, it's reasonable to interpret that the authors
have given (implicit) permission.

Well, I just hope that (1) a better job will be done on it than was
done on the CC-cleaning code, and (2) all the author-header-munging
will default to off.
