[Mailman-Developers] Dates again

[Bob Puff]

One's detesting is another man's love.  I absolutely love having the subject
line prefix, as do virtually all of my mailing list owners.  I also vote for
having an option to "fix" the dates, also.  Its a headache when emailers don't
have their date set properly.
