So you see the archives as marketing to increase usage of the list? And for
that, you'll give away your users email addresses to the spammers?

Do you get high quality new subscribers through google? Do you know? Or does
it attract vampires and trolls?

Are there any other benefits to being googled than being a walking billboard
to the list?
