[Mailman-Developers] create error in link

I have Mailman 2.1a3 and Pyton 2.0. I refer to $prefix/cgi-bin/create
ELF binary.

I have point through the Apache as
	http://mysite/cgi-bin/create

but it has the following FORM action:

<FORM action="http://mysite/mailman/create" method="POST">


I also have $prefix/Mailman/mm_cfg.py with this line:

DEFAULT_URL = 'http://mysite/cgi-bin/'


Can you tell me how to have *create* with a line like this:

<FORM action="http://mysite/cgi-bin/create" method="POST" >
                            ^^^^^^^


Of course, the create cgi do not work propertly.
