Because most users don't have a clue they exist, and most that do don't
think to look. As far as I'm concerned, X-headers are useful only to talk to
a program that's looking to read them. Using them to communicate to an
end-user is a failure.

In this special case,I'd suggest you hack the code to omit the message.

I do not, however, think it's a good idea to omit the message, or make the
message configurable in some way -- because I think users need to be warned
(this is a case where it's a standard operation for the list, so it's
Different), and I think removing that message should be diffifcult and an
overt act, not something configured with half a thought.
