Another good idea.  Given that this button probably shouldn't pop up a
new browser window, we can make sure that the "Submit" or "Cancel"
button on the edit window returns you back to the big admindb page,
with the state updated.

Note that the admin "details" pages have a similar problem.  If you
pop them up in a new window, you're responsible for keeping things in
sync.

This might not be too hard to add for 2.1.
