[Mailman-Developers] more on "error decoding..."

Looks like the "error decoding..." problem is more general. It turns 
out that once I log on to admin *any* list, if I attempt to change to 
any other list, I start getting the "error decoding" problem. Looks 
like (sigh) the only fix is to quit the browser and restart it 
between lists. bummer.
