[Mailman-Developers] ETA?

Not to be annoying or anything, but would anyone be able to venture a
guess as to the ETA for b4?  Since I convinced the other ACM admin to move
from Majordomo to Mailman, he's waiting until b4 is released to migrate
all mail and list services to our new machine.  Any info is appreciated.
