[IPython-dev] Regarding JavaScript wrapper

There has been a little work on WebGL stuff, but I don't remember
where it is.  Maybe Google around a bit - I think Fernando knows more
about this.  I did some initial work on getting XTK to work, but that
hasn't gone anywhere.
