[Image-SIG] PIL modules

I downloaded PIL, and unzipped all the files into a new folder I created in 
the Python21 folder, with it's address being C:\Python21\PIL.  In there, is 
another subfolder named PIL, which includes all the modules for PIL.  
Whenever I try to import those modules at the Python interactive module, it 
says 'No module named Image.'

Am I supposed to put the PIL modules in a certain place, and the reason that 
I'm having trouble is because I unzipped the files to a new folder in 
Python21?  Or is it something else?  Please help
