[PYTHON IMAGE-SIG] writing windows icon files?

Anyone know what the format for Windows icon files is? We're generating icons
for the mac, and the PC, and it'd be way cool to be able to use the same source
for both.

(can't see it in PIL 0.2b3, or mentioned in changes for b4)
