[GSoC-general] Regarding GSoC 2018

Hello,

I am Aditya Dokhale, a sophomore from IIT(BHU) , Varanasi, India.
I am well versed in python, C/C++ and have used a lots of python libraries
too.
I am looking forward to participate in GSoC 2018, and I would like to
contribute to your organisation. So kindly help me to understand how should
I start contributing and point out some beginner-friendly issues I can work
on.
