[Catalog-sig] Setting up the Reply-To field in mailman

Hi,

Could we set the "Reply-To" field to the email of the mailing-list ?

This is quite useful to avoid long CC lists and to avoid forgetting to
CC the mailing-list

(because we all hit "reply-all" to make sure the Mailing-list receives
the answer, and
not only the person who sent the initial mail)
