[AstroPy] Pywcs available in Fedora testing repositories.

Hello, I'm happy to inform you that a pywcs package has been accepted
in the Fedora Package Collection. pywcs has been built for fedora
releases 14 and 13 and for EPEL 6.

The version of pywcs available depends on the version of wcslib
