I'm the moderator for winnipeg at python.org.  We have about 80 subscribers.

The Winnipeg Python Users Group was pretty active for a while, from about
2005 to 2010.

There's also https://www.meetup.com/python-winnipeg with 215 members and we
ran about 5 events in 2018-19.

There is a domain "winnipug.ca" that I'm about to let go (2 days from
now).  If anyone wants it let me know.

If you're in Winnipeg and still interested in Python, and you want to
organize some meetings, I'm happy to help, including doing presentations,
tutorials, etc.
