[UserGroup-Advocacy] Usergroup Shared Blog Now Up

I've created a new blog at:

for shared use by the organizers of various Python usergroups.  Please let me
know of any suggestions and also send me your google ids if you'd like to be
added so you can post to it.

If anyone feels strongly about the look-and-feel, I'd be glad to share admin
access so they can express themselves by tweaking the HTML.

I'll formally announce it after I hear from you.
