[Tutor] Thanksgiving

Over the years since discovering Python and the existence of this (Python
tutor) mailing list I've been struck by how many of the 'tutors' are from
Commonwealth countries (Scotland, Australia, New Zealand.) Whatever any of
them might feel about the monarchy, while myself celebrating Canadian
Thanksgiving, I'd like to express my personal gratitude to all the tutors,
Commonwealth or not.
