In which case
- download from http://dev.laptop.org/pub/gasp/releases/SOURCES/python-gasp-0.1.1.tar.bz2
- unpack
- copy the 'gasp' folder (NOT python-gasp-0.1.1, rather the subfolder called 'gasp') to your site-packages folder, e.g.
C:\Python25\lib\site-packages
