[Tutor] python and xml

What is a good way of using xml and python ?
I tried to install PyXML but I get this as an error
message :-
python setup.py
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "setup.py", line 127, in ?
    config_h_vars = parse_config_h(open(config_h))
IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory:
'/usr/include/python2.3/pyconfig.h
