[Tutor] Does Python have pointers?

Hi all,

I want to make an interpreter for BF (more info -
http://home.wxs.nl/~faase009/Ha_BF.html) in Python.
To do it I guess I need to use pointers, but I never heard about
pointers in Python...
Can Python work with pointers (or anything else that can be useful) ?
If not, what do I need to do to write this project ?
