[Tutor] 1 or 2 Tkinter Canvas questions

Guessing, but that looks like the size of the border. 
ie 27 for the title bar and bottom frame and 
8 (= 2x4) for the frame sides?

Whereas the canvas is the drawable bit inside.
Mebbe?
