[Tutor] Python 2.4 IDLE Windows 2000

Ah, hah!

Okay, everyone! It took two things.

1) Delete .idlerc directory
2) Uninstall and reinstall python2.4

Why I had to do step two is beyond me, but I've got it settled now!
