[Tutor] os.popen doesn't give up and snmp

Hi Ben,
 
To make life easier, you may want to use the pysnmp module instead of
popen statements.
 
Pysnmp can be found at
http://www.python.org/pypi?:action=display&name=pysnmp&version=3.x .
