[Tutor] Install failure

HI:

I just installed 2.2.1 and the installation process
went fine.
 
Problem:
The Python command line works, but the Pythonw.exe
doesn´t.

No window prompts argumenting errors or anything. Just
Nothing happens when you click on it.

I have W98SE, on a HP PIII-700 laptop.

Any help will be appreciated.
