[Tutor] pymqe.pyd with Python 2.2 on WinNT

I put pymqe.pyd ( a dll) in site-packages and got the following:
 
 >>> import pymqe
 Traceback (most recent call last):
   File "<interactive input>", line 1, in ?
 ImportError: DLL load failed: The specified module could not be found.
 
 If the file is not there I get:
 >>> import pymqe
 Traceback (most recent call last):
   File "<interactive input>", line 1, in ?
 ImportError: No module named pymqe
 
 Any bright ideas ?
