At the bottom of every piece of email you get from the Tutor list, you'll
find something like this:

> Tutor maillist - Tutor@python.org
> http://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/tutor

Click on the link!  Then follow the instructions near the bottom:  you signed
yourself up, you sign yourself off.
