[Tutor] Window titles in Tkinter

Yes... If anyone can answer that I'd be interested. 
Oddly enough I was trying to get it working at the 
weekend and wound up just deleting that line from 
the code in my book- cop out!!!

It does seem to work on Linux but not in Windows.
It would be nice to set the window title properly 
within Tkinter.
