[Tutor] Win32 COM extensions

I just downloaded win32all from www.python.org and installed
it, but it tells me the following:

	Registration of the AXScript Engine COM failed.
	exceptions.ImportError: DLL load failed: A device
	attached to the system is not functioning.

Same for the Python Interpreter COM and the Python Dictionary
COM. In each case it tells me I'll have to register these
devices manually later.

Do you have any idea what is or could be happening? And how
do I install these COMs manually?
