   Hi everyone,
I’m very embarrassed. I meant to send my message privately to Chris as a
State Employee.  I didn’t intend to use this group as a forum to bad-mouth
Blue Cross.  Not sure how that happened.   Sorry.

        Hi Chris,
I wondered if you have a spouse or know people who do who have State
Health Plan as secondary insurance. It appears that they have been
systematically ripping me off.  I had broken leg and surgery in 2019.
     I
had a gazillion claims. They were not applying primary payments to my
deductible and coinsurance as required, and even discouraged
     providers
        from filing claims.
If you know anyone in this boat, I can share details. In my case, I
     am a
retiree and have primary from my current employer.
