Hi fello pythonistas,

I am NOT a recruiter--just love my company and want to see us hire the best
people. It also doesn't hurt that they offer a referral bonus :) I've been
on this list for many years, although not many of you probably know me as I
don't make it many meetups.

My company, ScienceLogic, is hiring across the company spectrum: python
developers, devops, AI/ML, JS/React developers, systems engineers, and even
sales and marketing.

Take a look at open positions in Reston VA and RTP
<https://sciencelogic.com/company/careers>. If you apply directly through
the careers site instead of through me, be sure to say I referred you.

Quick background:

ScienceLogic was recently named top in our quadrant for AIOps by Forrester.
AIOps, is the combination of device and app monitoring with contextual
intelligence that makes alerting and automation possible. The SL1 platform
lets you see your devices and apps and how they interconnect in a single
pane of glass.

Our product monitors the satellites that provide your airline's wifi. We
help prevent and resolve outages on your bank's websites. We keep the
international space station's internal systems up and running. Cisco IT
uses SL1 for monitoring all of their global devices and apps

.

We are based in Reston, VA, and have a small but growing office of about 20
here in RTP. The majority of our code base is python, with a frontend using
React. We are building out a SaaS offering based on Kubernetes and Docker.

We offer unlimited time off, great benefits, competitive pay, and all the
other stuff we expect these days as successful computer nerds.

If you see something that interests you, please let me know!
