[TriPython] Send Stacy Morse to PyCon Australia

Stacy Morse, who gave the presentation on Python Microservices at the TriPython meeting last week, has had a talk accepted by PyCon Australia. Congratulations, Stacy! Her talk is entitled "Code Reviews Using Art Critique Principals.”
