[TriPython] Django hosting

I'm a big fan of Digital Ocean and use them for pretty much everything.
It's just VMs, though, so there's no specific support for any particular
stack.  I don't know if you're looking for something more managed, but if a
bare VM will do, I highly recommend Digital Ocean.
