[TriPython] NCTech4Good Conference

I often only find out (or am notified) about things at the last minute. 
One of them is the NCTech4Good Conference, about which I've heard many 
good things over the years, at the Friday Center this Thursday and Friday:

You can register for each day independently at $125/day. Thursday is a 
workshop and Friday is for sessions. I believe this conference may have 
some appeal for civic data scientists.
