[TriZPUG] Early Childhood Computing and Python Education

I'll give a version of my PyCon talk at the next meeting. The talk covers
some tools (Python and non-Python) that are often used in early childhood
computing. I'll cover some resources that are available for early outreach
as well hopefully begin a larger discussion of the resources that we can be
building.
