[TriZPUG] Other Local Groups

I think TriLUG would be appropriate.. there's also TriangleJS, the
Triangle DevOps meetup...

Just of the top of my head.

Oh maybe Refresh The Triangle (is that still going on?).. any
programming-related group - it seems a lot of C/C++ folks use or are
interested in python (and things like Scons)
