Attached is the grant proposal I used last October to get reimbursed for
meetup.com fees.  Michelle Rowley and I wrote it together, and she used the
same text, but with details changed for the Portland group.

Feel free to use it, but be sure to change the facts in it, especially the
details of where to send the check! :)
