At this point, I prefer the etherpad option because it "just works": It
doesn't require an account or any other pre-setup - it's completely
open/accessible to the world.  The free/open source part is also a big bonus
IMHO.  And, I'm a fan of the text highlighting by author (maybe Wave has a
feature like this, but I haven't found it).

Again, I'd happily volunteer to setup a copy somewhere if that seems like a
good option to other folks.
