I hoped to be able to capture all issue metadata in typed properties,
hoping that such constrains would help avoid errors, and guide users
of the tracker. (As you can guess I'm a fan of strong & static typing :-) )

Well, if the schema isn't expressive enough then we clearly need to
enhance it. And, if everybody else is more comfortable with keywords,
go for it.
