[Tkinter-discuss] Tk_Get to Tkinter

I need help, I want to find an equivalent of Tk_GetPixels and Tk_GetVisual in Tkinter but I don't know how they are mapped to Tkinter and I found the syntax difficult, Does Tk_GetPixels just means "screen units"(cm, inch, mm)?
