Our best next step is probably meeting of the volunteer organizer committee to do some joint planning and see who can commit to what. With the holidays coming up I am sure everyone will be busy but maybe we can find an hour we are all available sometime soon. Anyone interested in being included on the organizer committee should email me off list so I can include you in coordinating a meeting time. I will assume that at minimum we will have the same folks who convened after PyTexas 2012. As to the multiple chair positions, I do agree that we need leaders in several different categories which we could call "chairs". Let's talk about that at the meeting and see who can commit to what. These are all volunteer positions with no formal organization so we have a lot of flexibility in deciding how to work together.
