[Spambayes] How To Install Spambayes

I recently downloaded the Gmail version os spambayes in an attempt to
lessen the constant flow of Spam to this email address. Although I have no
idea how to install and use it. There is no install, setup or .exe files in
the archive.

Could you please tell me how to use this program?
