Message-ID: <3638357FAD4EC5428D6555B324AA0DE901FCC26B@ad01.corp.nrsoftware.com> Hi, First of all I am thrilled about SpamBayes! I am a long suffering soul with Outlook 2007 being unable to handle multiple spams. I had thousands of them and had no patience to go and individually select them to spam senders list! Now, my question is this: I have some 14K plus spams sitting in the new folder 'Spam Suspects' created by SpamBayes. If I delete them, will SpamBayes still remember the rules to put them in spam later? Thanks! Ram -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... A problem has developed in the last week where I load Outlook 2010, SpamBays works for a while and then quits working. There is no error message it simply stops filtering and the spam button does nothing. I have tried un-installing the product and re-installing with no luck, I have also tried installing to the C:\SpamBayes direction And nothing seems to help. What should I do to try and get it operational again? Thanks, Bill William R. Holland President Holland Computers, Inc. 483 N.
