[Spambayes] syntax errors in setup.py

Hi,
iam an archlinux user and i downloaded spambayes and i am trying to install
it but some problems occured.
First thing i guess you know this spambayes does not compatible with python
3 syntax
i tried to install it via python2 but in that case there is an error too :

 File "setup.py", line 6, in <module>

    from setuptools import setup, find_packages

ImportError: No module named setuptools
-----------------------------------

i have just wrote this as a feedback, i hope you can fix it soon.
