[Spambayes] "Not Spam" folder and icon disappeared

My "not spam" icon and folder disappeared a couple of hours ago.  I since
have received an important email that went into that folder, and I can't
find the folder.

 

Can anyone help?

 

I'm using Windows 7 with Microsoft Office 2003.
