[Spambayes] Fails to work with Outlook 20010, Win 7 on an Intel 64xbit Quad Desktop PC

I have just upgraded my system with Outlook 2010.
It was originally running Outlook 2007 with Spambayes and ran OK
Now Outlook 2010 will not start with the Spambayes ADD-IN enabled
The error message says

Blurb, blurb  .........  Incompatible with Data Execution Prevention Mode
........ blurb blurb.

I have downloaded and over written my copy of Spambayes 1.0.4. and
re-installed the add-on but it still fails to work.

Do you have a solution?
