[Spambayes] HOtmail problem

Using Spambayes 1.1a4 on Windows XP with OE6.

Long had problems with SSL for Spambayes (not least as wiki seems wrong -
use SSL should be set to True, not automatic, as sbserver fails with error
in log file if set to automatic). Finally seem to have got it to work for
most email providers, but not for hotmail.  SSL access to pop3.live.com on
port 995 works fine if operating directly from OE6 on my system, but trying
to go through spambayes (dedicated port - in my case 15112, server in OE
localhost, not set to use SSL in OE, but use SSL true in spambayes config
file) get time out, BUT after authorisation appears to proceed
successfully - OE is either at stage of downloading list of messages, or has
already downloaded one or two messages but then server appears unresponsive.
